Select Or Drag & Drop An Image Here
Edit a photo online without installing software
This editor covers the adjustments people need most often: rotate and flip, brightness, contrast, saturation, blur, pixelate, sharpen, grayscale, sepia, invert, watermark text, borders and rounded corners. You can also set the output width and height and choose JPG, PNG or WebP. It is a practical choice for a quick product photo fix, a social media post, a simple collage element or a picture that needs a watermark before sharing. Everything is processed in your browser, so the original stays private.
How to edit a photo
- Select an image or drag it into the editor.
- Use the rotate and flip buttons to correct orientation.
- Adjust brightness, contrast and saturation with the sliders. Small changes usually look more natural.
- Add a watermark, border or rounded corners if you need them.
- Set the output dimensions and format, then click Download Image.
Useful editing combinations
- Product photos: brighten a slightly dark image, add contrast and apply a subtle sharpen.
- Social posts: crop to a square or story shape, add a watermark and export a web-friendly JPG.
- Documents and scans: rotate a sideways page, increase contrast and save a clean copy.
- Privacy: pixelate or blur an area before sharing a screenshot or photo.
Editing tips
Work from a copy of the original and make modest adjustments rather than pushing every slider to the maximum. A brightness change of a few percent is often enough; heavy contrast can clip detail in shadows and highlights. When adding a watermark, choose a position that does not cover the main subject, and use a colour that remains readable on both light and dark areas. For transparent logos or rounded corners, export PNG. For photographs, JPG is usually smaller, while WebP can be a good compromise for the web. If the final file is too large for a form, run it through Compress Image afterward.
Privacy and browser editing
The editor reads the image from your device and applies changes on a local canvas. No upload is required, and ImageTool24 does not store the edited result. Download the file when you are satisfied and keep the original separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can I blur or pixelate a face or number?
Yes. Use the blur or pixelate slider to soften the selected image area. For precise local redaction, a dedicated editor with a selection mask may give more control.
Does the editor keep transparency?
PNG and WebP can preserve transparent areas. JPG does not support transparency, so those areas will be filled.
Can I resize while editing?
Yes. Set the output width and height before downloading. For exact pixel or KB requirements, the Resize Image tool offers more focused controls.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The editing happens in your browser and the file stays on your device.
