Resized images
Your images are processed right in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server.
How to resize an image online
- Select one or more images, or drag and drop them into the box above.
- Enter the exact width and height in pixels. Tick Maintain Aspect Ratio if you do not want the image stretched.
- For a target file size, tick Compress Image To Specific Size and enter the value in KB.
- Choose JPEG or PNG output, then click Resize Image.
- Download each result individually, or use Download All (ZIP) for multiple images.
Resize to exact pixels or a target file size
Pixel dimensions control how large the image appears on screen or in print. Enter values such as 600 × 600 for a profile photo, 1080 × 1080 for a social post, or 1920 × 1080 for a Full HD background. The tool keeps the original image content and resizes it in your browser.
If a website or form asks for a maximum upload size, enable the target-size option and enter a value in KB. The resizer will reduce the JPEG or PNG output to fit that target. For larger targets in MB, use the Compress Image tool, which accepts both KB and MB.
Supported formats and privacy
You can open JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP and GIF images. The resized output can be saved as JPEG or PNG. Because all processing happens locally, your files are never uploaded to a server and there is no account to create.
Frequently asked questions
Will resizing reduce image quality?
Resizing changes the pixel dimensions, so some detail is lost when you make an image much smaller. Use a high-quality JPEG or PNG output and avoid repeated resizing if you need the best result.
Can I resize an image to 100KB or 200KB?
Yes. Tick the target-size option, enter 100, 200 or any other KB value, and the tool will adjust the JPEG or PNG output to fit that target.
Is there a file-size or image-count limit?
There is no fixed limit in the tool. You can select multiple images at once. Very large files may be limited by your browser's available memory and device performance.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. The resize, compression and download steps run inside your browser. Your images stay on your device.
